Where energy goes energy flows>>>



Time to fess up ladies and gents! Lets be blunt we have all had those moments where we feel stuck and stagnant in our own sets pool of denial and scraping together all the courage we have to go to work, pay the bills, and just generally be a decent human being!


Well we know its not all its cracked up to be…. We know that if we do not follow our passion we die internally a slow panful death. So why do we do it? Why do we get our mundane jobs working 8-5 taking our hour lunch breaks and smiling on the outside so that no one knows how terrifying it is on our insides? We do this because we were programmed at a very young age to take all of our pain, insecurities and dread and stuff it way down till we finally crack the fluff up and are forced to take time off… this is when our 3rd dimensional bodies take flight to what we are thinking and feeling. It usually comes out as pain, illness, insomnia, and fears that turn into medical conditions like generalized anxiety disorders. Then we are prescribed a pill that only works for a few days and then slowly the doctor increasing the meds until we are complete zombies living in our 3 dimensional bodies.


What now? Well either you deal with the emotions at hand or you continue to stuff them down till you basically force your own body off this earth through a slow painful illness that eventually takes you down.


So you may be wondering what’s the alternative? Take action now! They say for you to live in the moment and while this is true you first have to heal what’s broken and know where it came from address it and be one with the pain of it. If you don’t do that you are simply adding more fuel to the fire when you decide to pretend its not there or shove it so far down that you become an unrecognizable aspect of yourself.


In this article I will be addressing the first step to the healing process. Take it or leave it only the ones who need it will take it anyways.


So lets address vibrations, what is a vibration? How do you vibrate in your 3rd dimensional life right now in the present?


A vibration is a energy wave that you put out into the universe based on your thoughts actions and reactions. If you want to know what frequency you vibrate on simply ask yourself are you happy? Do you sleep well? Do you attract things into your life that are good for you? If the answer is no, then you are vibrating on a lower frequency that is only attracting thoughts and actions that vibrate at the same frequency that you are now putting out into the universe.


Now ask yourself do you constantly have chaos and drama in your life? Do you have more stress and bills than you know what to do with? If the answer is yes you are vibrating low and you are the only one to blame! Own it! Know that you can change this we all vibrate a different levels throughout our days. For an example , lets say you woke up tomorrow morning and your first thought upon opening your eyes was “ this Is going to be a stressful day Sue will probably show up late or not at all because she just doesn’t take working here seriously like I do…. Then I will have double the workload and be so worn out I will just have to find another job I’m so tired of sue and her shit!…. now you have attracted a bad day and guess what? Sue walks in three hours late and is hung over and barely working just as if you were the only one working… then on your way home you get a flat tire…. You are late to supper so your partner is mad at you because you didn’t even tell her you were going to be late because all you could think about was the fact that this was all Sues fault! This is a typical example of negative energy attracting negative energy. And it all started with the one thought!


So how do we change this? First things first… stop deciding you are going to have a bad day and decide Sue is going to make it to work and she is going to be helpful! Thats the beginning of a much better day!.Then make more thoughts that feel good… the typical person has 90 percent the same thoughts each day as the day before and 10 percent new thoughts. Lets focus on the 90 percent for now. What thoughts are you capable of having? They don’t have to be true or logical here they just need positive motion behind them to attract more of them to change the reality of which you find yourself in. So instead of finding things that you are worried will come true find things that feel good and decide they will come true. For example… “i will get a raise soon”… keep thinking that thought till it feels realistic and resonates within you. That is how you begin your healing of your vibrations.
